Shipping Information
LottoLove carefully prepares and packs each order from their studio in Brooklyn, NY. Orders ship Monday thru Friday. Orders will be packed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Currently, we ship all orders via USPS or UPS. If your order is time sensitive please contact info@givelottolove.com and let us know your constraints. We always do our best to work with your timeline.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
LottoLove accepts returns within 14 days of receipt given the order is unused and in its original packaging. Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the product at the studio, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable.
